Oklahoma, not what I expected. I think I expected more of the same of Nebraska and Kansas. Not so. Not nearly as much farming. But then again you must remember this is the land of the Indian Reservations. As you leave one Reservation you enter another. Another noticeable difference, Oil wells. OK, lets see, we have Oil wells, livestock, and the terrain is not nearly as flat. Now we roll into Oklahoma City. Also not what I expected. Modern with a definite night life scene. The Oklahoma National Memorial, very fitting and thought prevoaking. The reflecting pond ws the street that was in front of the Federal Building, the chairs represent each individual who was killed, the placment of the chairs represent the floor which they were on, the small chairs are for the children. As we reflect on these deeds of the past I hope we never forget how the lives of the inocent are targeted to emphasize someone elses point of view.
