Gators and Swamps

   Yesterday was Gators and Swamps. Big goal for this trip was to see the Florida Everglades and the creatures that call it home. I've seen the land creatures that call Florida home and now it was time to see the wet ones. The swamp wasn't exactly what I expected but then I've never seen a swamp before either, so there you go. Think I was expecting Mangrove trees and cypress trees, what I got was Swamp grass. The air boats slide over the top of the grass like it was ice. Got to tell ya the boats were a blast. Now, throw in Alligators, big and small, Gar fish and birds and ya have an Air boat swamp ride. Enjoyed it all. Now today it's pack it all up, disconnect from Camp zipay and head North to Cape Canaveral and the fountain of youth. What a great stop and what great host we had here. Sorry to have to go but the good times don't last forever. Enjoy the pictures.
