Well, its over. 7 days of DRY Camping. If you don't know what dry camping is, thats means no external electrical power, (just the onboard generator) no water (just what you have on board), and no place to dump sewage (all sewage is held on board in holding tanks). Surprisingly we were able to manage it all.
We went to some great concerts here at the rally. For starters Neil Sadaka (really great show), Rita Coolage (missed that one), the Osmonds (another great show), and the last night was Papa Do Run Run (another great show, the sound guys weren't so great though, they seem to have had trouble balancing vocals with the music). As I said before, I've never seen so much STUFF related to rv traveling. Looked in a few new motorcoaches, Dang, its hard to believe some of those things, it's hard to believe how much money they still want too. I thought we were in some sort of recession. You'd think the price would come down so they could move some of them. If they have come down it ain't nearly enough, at least not for me.
Well, there were alot of rigs there, not sure how many, but I heard well over 2500. Look real hard and see if you can find the Captain and his Gypsy.
Over all it was a great experience. A little snow, and a little heat, but we survived.
