Tuesday we left Arizona and the weather was a little Iffffey but the forecast was all in the 80's. One of my biggest fears is going north a little too early. Well, as you know we made it to Monument Valley and had a great day on Wed., then the weather made a turn and we spent most of Thursday inside. Friday morning is a travel day, and I gotta tell ya, the weather ain't looking good. Fear begins to weal up inside as we head North, This is way too early to travel North. So far the ride north is looking ok, This is some beautiful country. Then, just outside of Blanding Ut. my fears are beginning to be realized. The temp. is starting to drop, then a little rain, Oh this is not looking good, SNOW, did you hear that, SNOW, I drove the Starship once in SNOW and swore that would not happen again. SNOW, I'm from San Diego, we have sand not snow. So the windshield wipers are going just enough to make a hole in the snow that is packing on the windshield and the defroster is blaring full blast from the inside. Looking up ahead I can see blue sky, just maybe, just maybe the snow will quit and I will survive once again. Look at that, the snow is going away, and here is a road side attraction to stop and rest at. Made it to Moab and the sun is suppose to shine for at least 1 day. Enjoy the Pictures.
