A White Christmas, not something a southern California boy will see very often. This year the Gypsy and the Captain traveled to Utah where it snowed on Christmas eve. A really great time. Family and a snowy landscape. This California boy does not have a wardrobe suitable for snowy. My wardrobe mainly consist of flip flops, sleeveless T shorts, and shorts, none of this comes even close to providing a small degree of comfort when the mercury struggles to reach 32. So when we go back to Arizona and the weather is in the low 60's you'd like to complain but you just can't.
Here it is the 30th of Dec and the world did not end as predicted by the Mayans. It seems as though someone found this Mayan calendar that ended on the 21st of Dec. 2012, maybe if they had of turned the calendar over they would have found it continued on the back side. Oh well, who cares about calendars anyway, I mean, I don't even wear a watch. The Gypsy tells me when and where and sometimes she tells me when I'm getting close to the end of my time.
Christmas in Utah with the family was pure fun, there's nothing like Family at Christmas, especially a white Christmas. I did notice something though, no matter how cold it was outside the grand kids had no idea that it was cold, fun and play trumps cold every time. Here are a few pictures, enjoy, hope the end of the year is as great for you as it was for the Captain and his Gypsy.
