I know, its been awhile, once again I would like to say "I'm just so busy". Ok, I don't know how many of you bought that, but for those of you who have known me for awhile, it wasn't just busy. Some good news, I finally got a new camera, the one that Ashton Kucher has been pushing. The Nikon Coolpix. I hope it last as well as the Kodax and take as good of pictures. I was at work the other day and thought what a great place to be. I had just been talking to a friend of mine back in San Diego and I ask him what he was doing. "just sitting on the front porch" was the answer, "how do you like it?" "Just great" was the answer. I thought for a moment, how boring, but then again each of us desires something different in our lives, something that we really enjoy, and for him, I'm sure he was comfortable and happy. What the Gypsy and I do would certainly not fit everyones expectations of retirement and fun. To tell you the truth I'm not sure just how much longer I can manage all this fun myself. It seems like I've been getting a lot of encouragment to settle down, sell the Starship and buy a stick house. Some of you may ask "where would you buy a house at?" Silly question. Gods country, Zion, you know, Utah. My biggest fear of Utah is that white stuff that falls out of the sky during the winter. The Gypsy says it's so beautiful though, yea, maybe so, but I have a lot of friends that are running from that stuff, running all the way to Arizona. Oh I forgot where I was going with this post, Oh yea Work. I say work but I mean that with a very loose interpatation. This is the first year I have actually gotten a pay check for working here, Not much you understand, but enough. I would have done this job for nothing, but hey. The office is a trail about 12 miles long, my desk is a Polaris Ranger. Sometimes I ride the trail on the North side of the lake and somtimes I ride the trail from the East side of the lake. I have posted some pictures of the office and of those that I share the office with. Hope you enjoy. And if you are one of those enjoying life from the from the front porch while sipping on a mint jullep, Enjoy, I may be doing the same, real soon.
