We are almost ready to embark on the mission to see small town America. We are going thru final preparations and check list. Its amazing all the things you need to go "camping". I wonder if it was the same for the settlers as they packed the Conastoga wagons for the trip west. I've seen movies where the settlers were tossing out items they considered essential. Everything we've packed is essential. I know the Gypsy ain't throwing any of her essentials out along the trail. So I'm looking at all my tools and trying to prioritize everything, just in case. Tools, like I going to be able to work on this vessel. I got AAA, Good Sam, and extended warrantes. I don't need no stinken tools. Toss em all. Now I got room for more chips and hotdogs.
