Today was final prep for a Thursday depature. However, we partied to hard in southern Cal. this last weekend. Well maybe party is not the right word. It started with a visit to the Dentist. Then we moved to San Diego to visit with those of my family that must continue to work. Then Tuesday off to see the boys at Terrys Coffee shop (the old hang out, and I do mean Old). Then more friends and then Away to see AMERICAN IDOL. What an experience that was. Its hard to explain all the effort that goes into producing a show such as American Idol.
Today was suppose to be final load in for the Starship, however the Gypsy made some suggestions. We all know what suggestions are. They are polite orders. So much of today was spent on the computer remaping our route and reservations. Check the captains calendar for changes.
Friday at 10 am the StarShip Escape will leave for Payson Arizona and will return to Southern Cal. early Dec.
Friday evening after our first site has been established I will repost to the Blog for a blow by blow account of lift off and docking.
