This last week I was able to meet a new cat which I have wanted to get my hands on for a long time. Still haven't got my hands on her yet but close. This time it was just a ride on the cat. I'm sure you remember that during the summer at the Jordanelle State Park in Utah I ride a Trail cat on occasions. That is some serious fun, and they pay me for all that fun, not much though, just enough to screw up my tax rate, in fact I would do it for free but I ain't telling them that. Well, on to the new cat, a winter cat. This last week the gypsy and I took a ride to Utah to celebrate a couple of birthdays, Miss Lorali and Uncle Jason, 7 and 42. I am way to young to have my youngest son being 42, then again I don't look in a mirror very often, and that's why I can say that. Focus boy focus. Ok, so I get a call from the boys at the shop and they ask since your up here for a couple of days, wana take a ride on the Snow Cat? Well yes I do. I been trying to get this ride for years and it just never seems to work out, but I'm not going to miss this chance. So early in the morning we make the trip high in the mountains and away we go. Unbelievable. Now you need to understand, I'm from San Diego and Snow is pretty and fun for me. If you had to deal with that for a whole winter that word unbelievable would still apply but probably not translate the same. You see, I winter in southern Arizona with many people who are running from that white fluffy beautiful substance called snow. The trip on the snow cat was amazing. It was quiet and beautiful like a scene out of a movie. What a great time. We covered 30 miles of trail grooming in just over 3 1/2 hour of time. For some that may be a boring job, for me, I would do it for free. Once again we will not talk about that.
This blog is to note the travels and experiences of the Captain and his Gypsy. Where will they go and what will they see. I just don't know. Stay tuned.

Just another Cat Story
As you may know I love Cats. Cats with a little attitude and power. I prefer my cats to be yellow.
