This blog is to note the travels and experiences of the Captain and his Gypsy. Where will they go and what will they see. I just don't know. Stay tuned.

Coming to a close
Big party today, you see it's over for the season here at the Jordanelle. It's been a great year, however for some reason its been a busy year. Not once this year did I go fly fishing, last year I went at least 4 times. Don't know the reason, maybe just too much grass to mow, too many trips to the trail, groomed the beach just a few times to many, or maybe this year I was just a little to lazy. If you didn't come to visit us this year you missed out. We had several friends and family visit and we had a great time. If you didn't make it this year there is always next year, yes we are hooked on this place. The weather is starting to turn, you can feel a little nip in the air early morning and late evening so fall is on the way. Today the park holds a big thankyou party for all of us here and tomorrow most of us pack up and head in different directions across the country. The Gypsy and I will leave on friday and stay in Salt Lake valley for a week and head south. Winter distination is Surprise Az at Pueblo El Mirage, Yeh we're hooked on that place to. The trick on this move to Arizona is to not get there to soon. Phoenix has had 110 plus temp this year and I'm a 80's type of a guy. However I am looking forward to El Mirage, we do have a great time there. Well its time to sign off for now, the Gypsy and I are going into town, posted are some photos from this year, See Ya
